This option is available Seven Days a Week Monday through Sunday.
When would I use this option?
If you have left it late and the delivery is in Melbourne Metro. You can use the same-day delivery when ordered before 10 am.
What times of the day is the gift box delivered?
If you place your order before 10 am, we guarantee same-day delivery of your gift box. Orders placed after 10 am will be delivered the following day. (For example, if you order at 3 pm on Wednesday, your gift box will arrive on Thursday).
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time however will pass on any requests to our drivers; gift boxes are typically delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
What area does this cover?
This option covers the majority of Metro Melbourne however we only have a 50km limit from our facility in Melbourne’s South East.
What else?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes through this service. Please use our standard and express options for PO Box delivery.

Is there a minimum if I want to add the custom-branded gift boxes?
Indeed, for custom-branded gift boxes, there is a minimum order quantity of 25 gifts. A dispatch lead time of 3 weeks applies to these orders.
No minimum order quantities are imposed for our standard gift boxes, which can be easily ordered online.
I received the wrong order / I made a mistake on my label?

My item has been damaged in transit? What do I do?
We do what we can to prevent this from happening but sometimes they decide to throw it off a bridge (not literally!). Please get in touch with james@theneighbourscellar.com.au, we will sort this out for you as quickly as possible and send out a replacement free of charge.
I have a discount code, where do I enter it?
Once you reach the checkout page (past your cart) you will be able to enter your discount code if you have one!
