Wine Gift Delivery

If your delivery destination is in Metro Melbourne, you have the option to choose same-day delivery at checkout. If your order is placed before 10am, you may choose to have it delivered the same day, or you may specify a later date.

Unfortunately, for deliveries to other states, we are unable to guarantee delivery on specific dates. But, we do offer 'express shipping', which generally ensures delivery within 2-3 days post-dispatch. We also provide a complimentary 'Do Not Open Until ____' sticker to be placed on your gift box, helping to maintain the element of surprise even if the box arrives early!

Due to the nature of our products (alcohol), we have to comply with certain regulations. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, your gift box, dispatched via our Standard and Express shipping options through Australia Post, will be sent to the closest Local Post Office.

Notifications on how to retrieve the gift box will be sent to the contact number provided during checkout. So if you're sending the gift directly to someone else, remember to input their phone number at checkout.

If your gift box was dispatched using our standard or express services, you or the recipient will have roughly 14 days to pick it up from the local post office. Frequent updates will be sent via text message to the number provided at checkout. If this period lapses, the gift box will be returned to us. In this case, please reach out so we can arrange for the gift box to be redelivered.

In the case of same-day delivery service, if the recipient isn't home, the delivery driver will attempt to leave the gift box in a secure location near the front door. If there isn't a safe spot, the driver will try to redeliver the next day.
